Our experience was outstanding . The Hen Party company are an outstanding team especially jenny who I have dealt with to organise my sisters hen. She was so easy to get along with and always emailed back rapidly . The Hen Party itself was in killarney we stayed in the Killarney court hotel. They were so welcoming and friendly to all us 32 girls. we had an amazing activity which was the drag show we had miss bliss which everybody enjoyed and had a great time. followed by a lovely two course meal in the danny mann and an eventful night afterwards .The Hen group had a fantastic day and night and found the experience outstanding. I could not recommend this company more. Thanks so much again jenny X Sending ye all best wishes 😍

Absolutely love this store and their products! I originally found it while looking for natural supplements for my mom, and we both ended up trying them. Collinson underwrite Post Office insurance - have had PO insurance for the family for over 5 years..never a claim...illness in a child meant travel was cancelled. I had taken out the full package in the case of a cancellation - this was rejected by Collinson having sent all relevant info. Many months later I got around to querying the decision - they acknowledged claim shouldn't have been rejected given the level of cover.. they'd reconsider if I sent in more info to confirm flights etc..still waiting

Fast and friendly service!!! Placed my order using the 4 for R999 special on the 24th July and received it this morning, the 28th July ... 2 working days and I have it in my hands! I know a lot of people complain about the 2 - 4 week maturing period, however I immediately opened all the bottles and smell tested them all and I can confidently say that this is VALUE FOR MONEY!!!! Each scent from the box is amazing and I even tested one on myself ... 4 hours later and I can still smell it on my neck.

I ordered a Holo Magic Model House which was supposed to come assembled but it came unassembled. It has very tiny pieces and impossible for any child to assemble. So I requested them to assemble the set and send it back. They collected the set in April 2025 and till date, they have not returned the assembled house. They keep saying, its not possible, so we will refund you your payment but that also has not been done since April. This is a fraud company, so please do not buy anything from them!!

Avoid like the plague! They kept our entire deposit, though there were no marks on the car. We recorded media of every part of car and they sent us a picture showing a dent that was demonstrably not there when we sent our photos and videos taken on returning the car. We have had no response to our emails and the phone number goes to nowhere. We are 500 Euros down six weeks later, for NO reason.

Ido was very helpful and thorough in dealing with my house move and addressing all the questions I had about my new property in terms of smart meter installation, OVO beyond, and the Great British Energy Scheme. He also gave a helpful tip about a small outstanding balance on my account after my final direct debit payment to ensure I didn't have any issues after closing the account.

Do not buy there!!!!! Customersupport is missing IQ. Agent "Flora" does not even answer my questions, and I doubt she is able to fullfill her job correctly, even using a translator seems difficult for her. They do not give me my full refund back and blame it on a "incorrect address". The package was never delivered to the destination country and was just returned to italy??

Moving is a stressful time but all Dereham staff made the experience much easier, always friendly,calm and efficient. Magenta was even understanding and calming when I got stressed with a time waster. When we found our serious buyer Ayse from Norwich was excellent at hurrying things along and continuously kept us informed. Will definitely use Minors again if necessary.

Whilst I fully understand the company is going through a transition it would’ve been helpful to receive an email in relation to significant delays. An order from mid June with a change of delivery date 3 times is unacceptable now I’m struggling to contact someone as this package may arrive whilst I’m on holiday. This is not good at all
